Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup preferred choice of rice
- 1 egg
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 3-4 imitation crab sticks
- 1 enoki mushroom cluster
- 3 shitake mushrooms
- 1 oyster mushroom
- 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch spinach
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe Directions
- Mix the rice with the egg for a golden hue. Add to the rice cooker with chicken stock and arrange veggies on top.
- Cook as per rice cooker instructions.
- Add cheese and spinach, and close the lid for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle sauce, mix well and serve.
