Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Nutpods® Almond-Coconut Creamer, Caramel
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
- Coconut milk non-dairy whipped topping, for topping
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Combine creamer, pumpkin puree, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice together in blender and blend until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds.
- Divided pumpkin mixture evenly between 6 4-ounce jars or glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight until chilled and set.
- Top each pudding with a dollop of whipped topping and pecans. Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice and serve.
