Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Nutpods® Almond-Coconut Creamer, Caramel
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • Coconut milk non-dairy whipped topping, for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine creamer, pumpkin puree, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice together in blender and blend until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds.
  2. Divided pumpkin mixture evenly between 6 4-ounce jars or glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight until chilled and set.
  3. Top each pudding with a dollop of whipped topping and pecans. Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice and serve.
