Recipe Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- 2 10.8 oz. bags Birds Eye® Frozen Brussels Sprouts
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 frozen breaded chicken breast filets
- Chopped fresh thyme, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine mustard and hot honey together in small bowl. Set aside.
- Toss Brussels sprouts, onion and oil together on prepared baking sheet until coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Place chicken breasts in an even layer on baking sheet. Brush chicken breasts with mustard mixture. Continue to bake until Brussels sprouts are tender and golden-brown, and chicken is fully heated through, and mustard mixture caramelizes, about 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with thyme and enjoy.
