- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 (6 ounce or 8 ounce) frozen salmon filets, thawed
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice, kept warm
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
Recipe Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F and coat air-fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter, maple syrup and miso paste in small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Place in air-fryer basket, skin-side-down. Place broccoli around salmon in an even layer.
