Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 4 Twix Ice Cream Bars, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
  • Whipped topping, for garnish
  • Peppermint candies, crushed, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Mash vanilla ice cream and peppermint extract together until ice cream is smooth.
  2. Place ice cream bar pieces in bottom of crust. Spread ice cream mixture evenly over ice cream bars.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Top pie with whipped topping and garnish with peppermint candies. Slice and serve.
