- 7 Pillsbury Grands™ Buttermilk Biscuit Frozen Dough, prepared and quartered
- 2 cups frozen sliced apples
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup half & half
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)
- Caramel sauce, for serving
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Toss biscuits and apples together in prepared baking dish. Drizzle with butter.
- Whisk half & half, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg together in large bowl until combined. Pour milk mixture over biscuit mixture. Allow biscuits to soak for 10 minutes. Bake until set and golden-brown, about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool for 20 minutes.
- Slice bread pudding. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce and ice cream.
