Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 Lender’s Plain Bagels, toasted
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 pound leftover sliced turkey, or sliced deli turkey
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach

Recipe Directions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook eggs until whites are set and yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
  2. Spread cranberry sauce over bottom half of each bagel. Top evenly with turkey, stuffing, bacon, fried eggs, spinach and top half of each bagel. Serve and enjoy.
