Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tropicana Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 2 sprigs fresh sage, plus more for garnish
  • Club soda, for topping
  • Grapefruit flower ice cubes, for serving (see tip below), or large ice cubes

Recipe Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add grapefruit juice, honey and sage to cocktail shaker. Shake mixture until fully combined, and well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  2. Strain grapefruit mixture into a chilled coupe glass filled with one grapefruit flower ice cube. Top off with club soda. Garnish with additional sage. Serve and enjoy.

Test Kitchen Tip:
To make grapefruit flower ice cubes, thinly slice a small grapefruit into rounds. Cut rounds in half. Fill a large silicone ice cube tray halfway with water. Fold grapefruit slightly to fit into the silicone mold, overlapping to resemble a flower (using 3 grapefruit halves per ice cube). Freeze for 4 hours until frozen.
