Recipe Ingredients
- 18 large Natural Choice Braswell Family Farms Free Roaming Large Brown Grade A Eggs
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 everything bagels, toasted
- 2 cups packed baby spinach
- 4 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
- 16 slices of bacon, cooked
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in cheese until combined. Pour egg mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Carefully transfer to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir egg mixture and continue to bake until eggs are set, about an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Top bottom half of each bagel with scrambled eggs. Top evenly with spinach, avocado, bacon, and top half of each bagel. Slice in half and serve.
