Recipe Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce block Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 everything bagels, split and toasted
Recipe Directions
1. Chop cream cheese, red onion, salmon, dill, capers and chives together on cutting board.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom half of each bagel. Top with bagel top half. Slice and serve.
