Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 ounces (one box) Birds Eye® Mashed Cauliflower Roasted Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 chopped scallion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups neutral oil

Breading

  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup panko

Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil

Recipe Directions

  1. Start by heating Birds Eye® Mashed Cauliflower Roasted Garlic in the microwave for 4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Once cooled, mix in flour, shredded cheese, scallions, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll into balls.
  4. Coat each ball in flour, beaten egg, and panko.
  5. Preheat neutral oil to 375F.
  6. Fry the balls for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  8. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayo and chili oil.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
