Recipe Ingredients
- 12 ounces (one box) Birds Eye® Mashed Cauliflower Roasted Garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups neutral oil
Breading
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup panko
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 teaspoons chili oil
Recipe Directions
- Start by heating Birds Eye® Mashed Cauliflower Roasted Garlic in the microwave for 4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, mix in flour, shredded cheese, scallions, salt, and black pepper.
- Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball in flour, beaten egg, and panko.
- Preheat neutral oil to 375F.
- Fry the balls for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayo and chili oil.
- Serve and enjoy!
