- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salted butter or jam, for serving, optional
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix yogurt, flour and cheese together in large bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Using a 1/4-cup measuring cup, drop dough 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until golden-brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Split and serve with butter or jam, as desired.
