Recipe Ingredients
- 2 eggs , beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt & coarse ground black pepper
- 8 ounces hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup diced green onion
- Cooking spray
Recipe Directions
- Put everything except cooking spray in a bowl, and mix well to combine.
- When your waffle maker is hot, add the cooking spray to both surfaces, and pour in some batter. Batter amount will be determined by the size of your waffle maker.
- Then close the lid and wait for the ‘done’ light and serve.
