Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) container Greek yogurt, or plain yogurt
- 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
- 2 cups sliced and frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (optional)
- Whole milk, or plant-based milk, as desired
Recipe Directions
- Spoon yogurt into the slots of an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Divide yogurt cubes, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and spinach evenly between 6 sandwich-sized bags. Yogurt cubes can be kept frozen for up to 8 months.
- Add 1 smoothie pack and desired amount of milk to the blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and reaches desired consistency, about 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
TIP
Substitute strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with your favorite fruit or frozen fruit blend!
