Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) container Greek yogurt, or plain yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 2 cups sliced and frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (optional)
  • Whole milk, or plant-based milk, as desired

Recipe Directions

  1. Spoon yogurt into the slots of an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  2. Divide yogurt cubes, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and spinach evenly between 6 sandwich-sized bags. Yogurt cubes can be kept frozen for up to 8 months.
  3. Add 1 smoothie pack and desired amount of milk to the blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and reaches desired consistency, about 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
