Recipe Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (16 oz.) box Mrs. T’s Classic Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 (14 oz.) link kielbasa, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 each, red and green bell pepper, sliced
- Sour cream, for serving
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add pierogies and cook over medium-low heat until light golden-brown, about 8 minutes. Flip perogies over.
- Add kielbasa, onions and peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, kielbasa is light golden-brown and pierogies are fully heated through, about an additional 7 to 10 minutes.
- Dollop with sour cream and top with chives. Serve and enjoy.
