- 2 blocks of Plugrà® Premium Butter
- 3-4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Recipe Directions
- Place the butter on medium heat and brown slowly until you start seeing the milk solids turning brown to create that delicious nutty flavor.
- Pour it into a mixing bowl then place that in another bowl with ice, add a splash of honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Here you’re going to whisk it for up to 10 minutes and you will gradually see the texture turning from a liquid, to caramel, to whipped cream then finally a thick cream consistency. Transfer to a jar and serve with toasted bread of your choice.
