Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Plugrà Unsalted Butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 oz. ikura
Garlic Honey Butter
- 2 tablespoons Plugrà unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
Sweet and Spicy Mayo
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
Recipe Directions
- Whisk together eggs, salt, and whole milk.
- Preheat a pan then melt 1 tablespoon Plugrà unsalted butter. Scramble and cook the eggs to your liking. Remove from heat then set aside.
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic honey butter ingredients and mix well. Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.
- Toast the bread in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Fold the bread in half then transfer to a serving tray or plate. Assemble the sandwich by stacking cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, sweet and spicy mayo, and ikura.
- Serve and enjoy!
