Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Plugrà Unsalted Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 oz. ikura

Garlic Honey Butter

  • 2 tablespoons Plugrà unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Sweet and Spicy Mayo

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk

Recipe Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs, salt, and whole milk.
  2. Preheat a pan then melt 1 tablespoon Plugrà unsalted butter. Scramble and cook the eggs to your liking. Remove from heat then set aside.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic honey butter ingredients and mix well. Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.
  5. Toast the bread in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Fold the bread in half then transfer to a serving tray or plate. Assemble the sandwich by stacking cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, sweet and spicy mayo, and ikura.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
