Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups Daisy Sour Cream
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 small jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Recipe Directions
- Combine sour cream, corn, bacon, green onions, jalapeños, cumin and cayenne in large serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
