Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 bag frozen vegan meat crumbles
- 1/2 chopped white onion
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 13 oz. bottled bulgogi sauce
- Butter lettuce
Recipe Directions
- Heat your oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add your vegan meat crumbles. While that cooks, dice your onion and pepper.
- Add onion, pepper and carrot shreds to the pan. Top with premade bulgogi sauce, mix and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering, turn the heat down low and continue stirring until the sauce thickens. While your bulgogi mixture cooks, wash and prep your lettuce to form cups.
- Top each lettuce cup with the bulgogi mixture and enjoy.
