Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box Mrs. T’s Pierogies, Classic Onion
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- Kosher salt, to taste
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Wrap each pierogi with 1 slice of bacon. Place pierogies on prepared baking sheet. Bake until pierogi are puffed and bacon is golden-brown and crisp, about 18-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, chives and garlic in a small serving bowl. Season with salt, to taste. Serve perogies with sour cream mixture and enjoy.
