Recipe Ingredients
- 4 Gardein F'sh Filets
- 2 burger buns
- 2 slices dairy free cheese
- Lettuce
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickles
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
- Cook F'sh Filets according to package instructions
- While cooking, mix vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, and sea salt to make vegan tartar sauce
- Once F'sh Filets are ready, lay one slice of cheese over 2 filets and broil for 1-2 minutes, until melted
- Add tartar sauce, lettuce, and the cheese-topped filets to your bun and close
