Recipe Ingredients
- 2 slices toasted sourdough
- 1 bulb garlic, sliced in half
- 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Plant Based Cream Cheese
- 4 chives, chopped
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Add your bulb of garlic to a sheet of foil and top with a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Seal with foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, roasted garlic, and chives until well incorporated.
- Smear one side of each slice of toast with the cream cheese and top with heirloom tomatoes, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
