Recipe Ingredients
- 1 bag Cascadian Farms Frozen Mango
- 2 filets of salmon
- 2 jalapeños, deseeded and diced
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Mix mango, jalapeños, cilantro, honey, lime, and red onion together and set aside.
- Line a baking sheet and add the salmon filets then brush with olive oil.
- Mix your paprika, garlic powder, salt, & pepper seasoning and season the salmon on top and the sides.
- Bake at 425F for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove the salmon, top with the mango jalapeño salsa, and enjoy!
