Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-ounce) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, cut into thin half-moon slices
- 1 (5-ounce) container brie cheese spread (see Tip)
- 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts
Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 10- x 15-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll dough onto baking sheet and lightly press dough to cover the entire bottom. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned; let cool.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Spread brie evenly over crust. Top with onions, strawberries, and blueberries. Sprinkle pistachio nuts on top. Cut into slices and serve.
