Recipe Ingredients
- 1 box Delimex Corn Taquitos
- 1 box Delimex Flour Tortillas
- 1 box Athens Phyllo Dough
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 each tomatoes, diced
- 1 jar mild salsa
- 1 cup Mexican cheese
- sour cream
- guacamole
Taco Meat
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes & chilis

Taco Meat
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. While it cooks, break up large pieces into smaller pieces with your spatula.
- Once the meat is cooked, drain any excess oil. Return the pan to the stove and add your chili powder, salt, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black beans, and the can of diced tomatoes and chilis.
- Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Party Platter
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. While it cooks, break up large pieces into smaller pieces with your spatula.
- Airfry all your Delimex products according to their package directions.
- Clean your lettuce and tomatoes. Slice the lettuce into thin strips and dice the tomatoes.
- Set up your taco bar by adding your lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, and taco meat into individual bowls. Place your cooked phyllo cups next to all the taco toppings.
- Spread out all the taquitos and rolled tacos alongside sliced peppers on the board. Accompany this with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
- Bring in your hungry guests and enjoy!
