Recipe Ingredients
- 3 ea. Plum tomatoes
- 12 oz. bag of cooked Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.
- 6 TBS. of shredded Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cook a bag of Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic, according to directions.
- Cut plum tomatoes and in half lengthwise. Trim bottom of halved tomatoes so they do not roll. Spoon out pulp of the tomatoes.
- Fill up tomato halves with Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.
- Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 6-8 minutes until the tomato is heated through.
- Serve. (Drizzle with olive oil) Optional
