Yogurt Parfaits

Description

Yogurt parfaits are great for a quick, delicious and nutritious breakfast, snack or dessert! Also fun for patriotic holidays with the red and blue fruit and granola! 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup low-fat granola
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), thawed

Preparation

Layer in parfait glasses or bowls: granola, yogurt and fruit.
