Flavor up your chicken or fish with this delicious recipe for a rosemary mustard marinade.
- 1 cup DANNON® All Natural Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh (or 1 tsp. dried) rosemary leaves
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 4 4-oz. skinned, boneless chicken breasts halves or fish fillets/steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine DANNON® All Natural Plain Yogurt, mustard, rosemary and pepper. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
Marinate 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in 1–cup marinade for at least 1 hour. Place broiler rack 6 inches from heat source. Preheat broiler. Broil marinated chicken breasts 4 minutes on one side, until beginning to brown. Turn. Broil other side until cooked through about 2–3 minutes.
Marinate 4 firm fish fillets or steaks in 1–cup marinade for 20 minutes. Place broiler rack 6 inches from heat source. Preheat broiler. Broil fish 5–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until just cooked through. Do not turn.
