Try this recipe to spruce up your pancake breakfast with Dannon!
- 1 cup DANNON® Natural Plain Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup desired filling
- Oil as needed for cooking syrup
- blueberries, raisins, dry cherries or cranberries, mini chocolate chips, etc.
In a bowl, combine DANNON® All Natural Plain yogurt and egg. Mix well. Add pancake mix and blend just to combine.
Lightly oil or spray a nonstick pan or griddle and ladle 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake.
While pancakes are cooking on the first side, sprinkle with desired filling. When edges are firm, turn pancake and cook one more minute. Remove from heat and serve immediately with syrup.
