Sundried Tomato Focaccia Dough Recipe

Description

Simple Sundried Tomato Focaccia Dough Recipe perfect with a Michael Angelo's Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

12oz Water    
.5 oz Yeast    
20 oz “Double-O” Flour  
1 ¾ tsp Salt    
¾ tsp Sugar    
1 oz Olive oil   
1oz Oven roasted Tomatoes  
1 tsp  Basil     
1 tsp Granulated Garlic    

Preparation

1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. Add to wet to dry, mix approximately 8 minutes
3. Remove, let proof until doubled in size in greased bowl
4. Once proofed, slightly roll out and spread on a greased baking sheet
5. Punch holes in dough, brush with olive oil, add herbs or salt
6. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 17 to 27 minutes, until just golden. Remove from baking sheet, and cool on rack.
