This healthy dessert is definitely a crowd pleaser!
- 1 can (10.2-oz.) refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups Frozen Strawberries (thawed)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Whipped Cream Topping
Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Dip tops and sides of each into melted butter, then sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (or until golden brown). Cool.
Mix strawberries in a medium bowl with 1/3 cup sugar. To serve, split biscuits, top with whipped cream topping and strawberry mixture (and more topping!).
