Shrimp and Avocado Fettuccine Alfredo


Spruce up your fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and avocado for a creamy, rich dish that'll be a crowd-pleaser at the dinner table!


  • 1 pkg. (10-oz.) STOUFFER'S® Signature Classics Fettucini Alfredo, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 6 oz. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine, (optional)
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced


Melt butter in large skillet. Add olive oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add basil, shrimp and wine and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Add fettuccine and avocado; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and shrimp are pink.
