- 2 pkgs. (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S® Harvest Apples, defrosted according to pkg. directions
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place Stouffer's® Simple Dishes Harvest Apples in 9-inch square baking pan. Mix flour, sugar, egg, butter, baking powder and salt in medium bowl until blended.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons over escalloped apples.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
