- 1 pkg. Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can (10 3/4-oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups (8-oz.) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Crystal Farms® Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- Use any variety of Cream Soup
- Add 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 cups Cornflakes
- 1./2 cup margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the hash browns. Place Simply Potatoes® in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Add mixture to baking dish and stir until well mixed. Bake for 45 minutes.
For topping, mix together and sprinkle over casserole, bake according to directions.
