Breakfast Hash


  • 1 pkg. Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 1/2 cups ham, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 9 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (6-oz.) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper


In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on high. Add Simply Potatoes®, ham and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add mixture to skillet. Lower heat to medium; continue cooking until eggs are fully cooked. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

Options: Omit ham and add peppers, mushrooms or any favorite ingredients.
