SeaPak® Oriental Breaded Shrimp Stir-Fry


There's no need to order take-out with this easy shrimp stir-fry recipe at hand. 


  • 2 9-oz. pkgs. SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 pkg. stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup white wine or water
  • 4 cups cooked rice


In a large wok or fry pan, heat oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and stir-fry vegetables, stirring constantly until crisp and tender. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch and water, mixing well. Add vegetable mixture, cooking until thickened. Add precooked SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp, mixing well. Sprinkle with green onions for garnish. Serve immediately with rice.
