- 1 pkg. (9-oz.) SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp or SeaPak® Wild American Butterfly Shrimp
- 2.5-oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced and cut into thin 1 in. squares
- 4 slices of prosciutto, cut into 12 long, thin strips
Preheat oven to 425°.
Arrange SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet. Place one slice of cheese on each shrimp then wrap each shrimp in a strip of prosciutto.
Bake for 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
