Make tonight a pasta night with this shrimp parmesana linguine recipe that's easy to follow and full of flavor.
- 18 oz. SeaPak® Marinated & Grilled Shrimp, frozen
- 36 oz. linguine, cooked
- 18 oz. tomato sauce
- 12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 oz. parsley, chopped
Heat pasta in boiling water and drain. Place 6 ounces of pasta in single serving casserole dish. Put 2 ounces of sauce on pasta. Toss together 3 ounces of shrimp with 2 ounces of mozzarella. Place on top of sauce and bake at 375F for approximately 15 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. This can also be assembled in advance and microwaved. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
