- 1 (14-oz.) pkg. SeaPak® Tilapia Tenders
- Two heads or two 10-oz. bags of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 6-oz. package feta cheese
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced
- 3-4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup diced olives (black or kalamata)
- prepared Greek salad dressing
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place the frozen SeaPak® Tilapia Tenders on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
Assemble salads in three bowls ?chopped romaine, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, olives and salad dressing.
Cut fully cooked tilapia tenders into bite size pieces and place over salads.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
