Satisfy your seafood pasta cravings with this easy recipe for shrimp spaghetti topped with marinara sauce.
- 2 lbs. spaghetti, cooked
- 2 lbs. SeaPak® Marinated and Grilled Shrimp
- Garlic and Herb flavor
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 oz. olive oil
- 2 jars (quarts) marinara sauce
- 4 oz. chopped scallions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Stir in the spaghetti and cook until done. While spaghetti is cooking, saute the shrimp in a hot pan with the butter and olive oil according to package directions. Heat the marinara sauce. When spaghetti is cooked, mound on a plate, top with marinara sauce and shrimp as desired. Garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped scallion and serve immediately.
