- 1 pkg. (10-oz.) SeaPak® Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, frozen
- 1 packet orange marmalade sauce (included in package)
- 1 Tbsp. Thai peanut sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves (if desired)
Prepare SeaPak® Jumbo Coconut Shrimp according to package directions.
Whisk orange marmalade, Thai peanut sauce and cilantro together in a small bowl.
Arrange hot coconut shrimp on a serving platter with a ramekin of Thai peanut dipping sauce. Serve immediately.
