Crab Cakes with Red Bell Pepper Garlic Aioli

Description

Crab cakes perfected with a rich aioli sauce and roasted red bell pepper.

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) SeaPak® Maryland Style Crab Cakes
1 packet aioli sauce, thawed (included in package)
1 roasted red bell pepper from a jar (approx 1/2 cup rough chopped)
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning (if desired)

Preparation

PREPARE crab cakes according to package directions.

PUT the aioli sauce and remaining ingredients in a small food processor. Pulse for 2 to 3 seconds or until all ingredients are well mixed.

SERVE hot crab cakes with roasted red bell pepper garlic aioli on the side.
