Hearty ciabatta rolls with a yummy stack of deli meat, roasted red peppers, havarti cheese, greens, mayo, and pesto.
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split*
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. prepared pesto
- 3/4 cup packed arugula or mesclun mixed salad greens
- 8-oz. deli sliced smoked turkey or ham
- 1/2 cup well drained thick strips or pieces bottled roasted red peppers
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Havarti Cheese
Spread cut sides of rolls with mayonnaise and pesto. Arrange arugula on bottoms of rolls. Top with turkey, red peppers and cheese. Close sandwiches with roll tops.
