Chicken, chipotle cheddar, barbeque sauce, and veggies all sandwiched between delicious pita.
- 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) Sargento® ChefStyle Chipotle Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 pita pocket bread rounds, preferably whole wheat
- 4 leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
Combine chicken, cheese and barbecue sauce.
Cut pita bread in half crosswise; open into pockets. Fill pockets with lettuce, tomato and chicken mixture.
