Avocado, Tomato and Onion Quesadilla


Avocado, tomato, and onion wrapped together with melted cheese for a delicious quesadilla you can't deny. Mmmm.


  • 4 (10-in.) wraps
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Sodium Colby-Jack Cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 2 avocados, halved, pitted and sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped


Lay each wrap out on a flat cookie sheet.
On one half of each wrap, place a layer of cheese and top with avocado, tomato and onion. Top with another layer of cheese. Fold in half to create a half-moon shape.

Place on a medium-high grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes
