This easy breakfast starts with a Butter Streusel Coffee Cake and just gets better as you add apples and cheddar cheese for the perfect recipe to start your day.
- 1 frozen Sara Lee® Butter Streusel Coffee Cake
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Cut frozen coffeecake lengthwise into 2 layers. Sprinkle bottom layer with apple, then Cheddar cheese. Replace cake top. Cut into pieces. Heat in preheated 350°F. oven 15 minutes. OR For microwave: place on plain side of lid. Heat on high power about 1-1/2 minutes.
