Get your greens and enjoy your favorite seafood with our Salmon Salad!
- 4 frozen salmon filets, thawed
- 4 tsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chives, chopped
Preheat in oven to 350F. Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzel with lemon juice; top each filet with a teaspoon of butter; season with salt and pepper.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top salmon with fresh chopped chives. Serve on salad with vinaigrette dressing of your choice. Serves 4.
