These Peach Melba Waffles are an easy snack or filling breakfast.
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 4 Pillsbury® Hungry Jack® Frozen Homestyle Waffles
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chopped pecans
Melt margarine in medium skillet. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; blend well. Stir in peaches. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until peaches are tender, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in raspberries. Remove from heat.
Heat waffles as directed on package.
Spoon ice cream onto each waffle. Spoon peach mixture over ice cream. Sprinkle with pecans.
