Be your own barista with this easy recipe for a cappuccino malt!
- 1 cup vanilla or coffee ice cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered malted milk
- 1/3 cup espresso, chilled
- 1/3 cup Organic Valley® Milk
Combine ingredients in a deep bowl or the blending container of an immersion blender. Use an up-and-down motion to blend mixture until smooth and thick. (If you are doubling the recipe, use a stand-up blender.) Serve immediately.
