Try this new twist on an old favorite - tacos in potatoes. A great recipe for lunch or dinner, just top with sour cream!
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes, baked
- 1 (19.5 oz.) package Ortega® Frozen Beef Taco Filling, prepared according to package directions
- Sour cream
- Green onion
- Ortega® Diced Jalapenos
Cut each potato in half lengthwise; fluff pulp with fork. Top each half with taco fillings.
Top with sour cream, sliced green onions, Ortega® Diced Jalapenos. Serve immediately.
