Description

Try this new twist on an old favorite - tacos in potatoes. A great recipe for lunch or dinner, just top with sour cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes, baked
  • 1 (19.5 oz.) package Ortega® Frozen Beef Taco Filling, prepared according to package directions
  • Sour cream
  • Green onion
  • Ortega® Diced Jalapenos

Preparation

Cut each potato in half lengthwise; fluff pulp with fork. Top each half with taco fillings.
Top with sour cream, sliced green onions, Ortega® Diced Jalapenos. Serve immediately.
